Prominently located on I-20, Victory Church engaged LIVE Design Group to assist them with a design transformation in 2014. The goal was to reflect the churches brand in the facade, worship commons,

children’s commons, and café, while sticking to a hard budget. Our team collaborated with Johnson Kreis Construction during the LIVE Session and follow up sessions to refine the design as needed to stay within budget. After the design was complete the church chose to take time to regroup and prepare for construction.

In May of 2015, the Church gave the go ahead for construction. Despite project creep and increasing material prices after a year’s time we were able to keep the original design concept and budget through phasing and careful design considerations. To increase accuracy and ultimately save on costs, we utilized an innovative 3D laser scan technology.This was instrumental as we refined our design and critical in eliminating human error and increasing the project accuracy and efficiency. Through the LIVE Design Process and an innovative use of technology, Victory Church has undergone a major design transformation, resulting in a facility that reflects their ministry’s DNA to members, visitors, and all of I-20.
