Gascoigne Capital’s office renovation reimagines the workplace as a dynamic environment designed to foster connection, collaboration, and culture. Transforming over 6,900 square feet, the project balances open, collaborative areas with focused, private workspaces—creating a flexible environment that supports both team interaction and individual productivity.

At the heart of the design is a welcoming café and gathering space, intentionally positioned to serve as a hub for connection—encouraging spontaneous conversations, team engagement, and a strong sense of community within the workplace. Surrounding this central space, thoughtfully designed private offices and meeting areas provide the functionality and focus needed for day-to-day operations.

The integration of warehouse space alongside administrative functions reflects Gascoigne Capital’s operational needs, creating a seamless relationship between front-of-house and back-of-house environments.

Through LIVE Design Group’s collaborative design process, the project was shaped to reflect the client’s culture and vision—resulting in a workplace that not only supports how their team works, but enhances how they connect and grow together.
