LIVE Design Group Represented at Vistage on the Hill

LIVE Design Group is honored to share that our President and Principal, Craig Krawczyk, is currently in Washington, D.C., representing the voice of small business and purpose-driven design at Vistage on the Hill—an invitation-only event held in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Craig is one of just 18 Vistage Member Excellence Award winners nationwide invited to participate in this influential event. Throughout the week, he is engaging directly with policymakers to provide insight into how federal legislation affects small businesses and the mission-driven organizations they serve. Topics include small business innovation, international trade, and policies that support community-serving spaces.

A Voice for Purpose-Driven Design

Craig’s presence in D.C. is more than an honor—it’s an opportunity to advocate for the people we serve every day: pastors, nonprofit leaders, theatre directors, and community stakeholders. Under Craig’s leadership, LIVE Design Group has become a trusted national partner in designing worship facilities, theaters, and third places—spaces that connect people and create community.

“We’ve discovered we have this heart to serve mission-driven organizations,” Craig shares. “Our mission of serving people who serve people isn’t a tagline. It’s the core of everything we do.”

Leadership Rooted in Vision

Craig’s passion for architecture started early. “In kindergarten, when they asked what we wanted to be, the other kids said firefighter or athlete. I said architect,” he recalls.

That calling has carried him from Auburn University to the founding of LIVE Design Group, where he has helped shape a firm known for immersive, collaborative design experiences that bring client visions to life in real time.

Sharing Innovation on Capitol Hill

While in Washington, Craig is also highlighting the innovation behind LIVE’s signature design methodology: the LIVE Design Session. Born from a moment of creative necessity, the LIVE Session transforms traditional design meetings into interactive, 3D experiences where clients and stakeholders help shape their space in real time.

“This started during a meeting where we redesigned on the fly, and the client could literally see their vision come to life as we collaborated,” Craig explains. “From that moment, we asked—what if this was our process every time?”

It now is. And it’s changing the way organizations experience architecture—from worship facilities and performing arts centers to community-focused nonprofits.

Elevating the Future of Design

Craig’s time at Vistage on the Hill is more than a representation of LIVE Design Group—it’s a statement about the future of leadership, architecture, and the power of spaces to shape lives. Through advocacy and connection, Craig is voicing what we’ve always believed:

That buildings can be more than structures.
They can be stories.
They can be catalysts.
They can be spaces that serve.

We’re proud to have Craig representing LIVE Design Group in the nation’s capital—and excited for the conversations and collaborations that will shape what’s next.
