LIVE Design Group Welcomes New Shareholder: Celebrating the Leadership of Grant Wright

LIVE Design Group is proud to announce that Grant Wright has been named Principal and Shareholder. A graduate of Auburn University and a longtime advocate for collaborative design, Grant has led transformative projects across the country. Known for his relational approach and passion for mission-driven work, Grant’s leadership reflects the heart of LIVE Design’s vision: creating meaningful spaces for people who serve people.

At LIVE Design Group, we believe great architecture begins with great relationships. That’s why we’re thrilled to share some exciting news from within our own team: Grant Wright has officially been named a shareholder and principal at LIVE Design Group.

Grant has been an integral part of LIVE’s growth and vision since joining the firm. His leadership, creativity, and deep commitment to collaboration have made him a trusted guide for our clients and a respected mentor among our team.

A Passion Rooted in Purpose

Grant is a proud graduate of Auburn University’s School of Architecture, Design and Construction, where he spent most of his undergraduate years at the Rural Studio—a nationally acclaimed program focused on hands-on, community-focused design. It was there that Grant fell in love with the collaborative design process, a philosophy that continues to guide his work today.

Grant’s passion for partnering with non-profit and ministry-driven clients across the country is evident in the impact and quality of his projects. From Auburn Community Church’s main campus to Queen City Church in Cincinnati, OH and the first phase of Cedarcrest Church in Acworth, GA, Grant has led with vision, empathy, and purpose.

A Leader in Design and Relationship

Currently, Grant is guiding several high-profile projects through our immersive LIVE Design Process, including:

  • Auburn Community Church’s Birmingham Campus
  • Summitcreek Church in Grimes, Iowa
  • Phase Two of Cedarcrest Church in Acworth, GA

Clients working with Grant consistently share their appreciation for his hands-on, relational style—valuing the clarity, creativity, and consistency he brings to every step of the design journey.

A Heart for Service

“My goal is always to simplify the process for our clients. I’ve taken calls at 8 PM because I understand the weight of stewardship—this isn’t just a project, it’s their community’s investment.”

Beyond architecture, Grant is committed to making a difference in the communities he serves. He is a board member of both the Faunsdale Foundation and the Faunsdale Community Center, and he is the founder of Framed Wright, a creative art initiative that donates proceeds to local charities.

When he’s not sketching floor plans or leading design sessions, you’ll find Grant exploring hiking trails, building small projects, or rock climbing with friends—always looking for inspiration in the world around him.

We are honored to welcome Grant into ownership at LIVE Design Group and look forward to the vision and leadership he will continue to bring as we create meaningful spaces for people who serve people.
