The Bell Center for Early Intervention in Homewood, Alabama serves children age birth to three years who are at elevated risk for developmental delays. Located on the site of their previous facility, the new construction is a complete re-imagining of spaces needed to house the therapy, administrative, and community functions of the Bell Center.
The Bell Center for Early Intervention exemplifies LIVE Design Group's commitment to creating spaces that support children with developmental delays and special needs. Our team collaborated closely with The Bell Center to design an environment that fosters growth, learning, and therapy for children from infancy to preschool age. The facility features sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and adaptive learning areas that are thoughtfully designed to stimulate cognitive and motor skills development. LIVE Design Group prioritized creating a welcoming and accessible space for both children and families, ensuring that the environment not only met therapeutic needs but also provided a nurturing atmosphere. By integrating flexibility into the design, The Bell Center is able to offer a wide range of individualized programs, all aimed at enhancing the developmental journey of each child. This project reflects our expertise in designing specialized environments that are functional, inclusive, and enriching.
