Terrific New Theatre’s newly designed 100-seat venue  is the result of a long-term partnership focused on creating a space that respects its historic roots while meeting the demands of a modern theatre. This project began with a collaborative exploration of potential properties, leading to the selection of a historic building, formerly home to an antiques and estate jewelry vendor. The design honors the building’s character while providing an inviting, functional environment for both patrons and performers.

The theatre’s design thoughtfully integrates historic elements, including a striking chandelier donated by a local church that now serves as the centerpiece of its elegant lobby. Key features include a bold new entryway and marquee, a welcoming patron lobby complete with a donor bar, and enhanced backstage facilities such as dressing rooms, a set design studio, and ample storage. These elements ensure a seamless experience for audiences and production teams alike.

LIVE Design Group’s immersive design process played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. By engaging the client, design team, and construction partners from day one, the project stayed true to the client’s vision, budget, and timeline while achieving the highest standards of quality.
