Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Architect-Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience to lead and manage projects through all phases of development. In this role, you will be integral to our mission of creating meaningful spaces, guiding clients through our LIVE Design Process, and ensuring every decision is well-informed and aligned with their vision. You will focus on the design development and production of construction documents.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Project management across all phases of architectural projects.
Collaborate within a project team from concept to completion.
BIM modeling and detailing of architecture and interiors using REVIT software.
Coordinate and collaborate with other consultants and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Lead design and coordination reviews, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Serve as the main point of contact to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met.
Manage construction administration, including site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Some travel required to project sites and client meetings.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
NCARB Certificate and State Licensure required.
Proficiency in REVIT is required.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture preferred.
Working knowledge of design industry workflows, production cycles, and priorities.
Strong understanding of general building construction.
Excellent communication skills and self-initiative.
